At SBC Services we exist to serve the customer. We strive to achieve 110% in all that we do. We know that the customer is the reason we exist, and as such, we aim to provide complete IT solutions right to the end of the job plus beyond, not just the quick fixes.

While any company can say this, we back it up. We do not charge if we cannot fix your problem, and we will endeavour to work with other parties to make sure your issues gets fixed. We fully guarantee all hardware repair costs for one month, as well as honouring the parts only warranty by the manufacturer. That's means if any hardware we replace or supply is faulty we will fix it free of service charges for the first month.

We are available for small, ad-hoc, one-off jobs too, no lock-in contracts are required. No matter how small the job is, we are interested and want your business. We pride ourselves on being able to provide a solution which makes sense, in both IT and in business.

On-Site: $75 per hour
Off-Site: $65 per hour
